It takes seven years of education for a person to legally practice law, and only six months at a police academy to physically enforce it. Therein lies the problem with police-community relations in America.

If the fate of a defendant’s future is determined by the legal competence of a lawyer in the courtroom, than the life of a innocent civilian should never be lost by the negligence of law enforcement officers in our society.
